Nitro White Intensely
Fourteen notes. That's not a complaint — it's context. Nitro White Intensely is built to move through phases, and it does.
Apple
Saffron
Pineapple
Cardamom
Caramel
Nutmeg
Cloves
Guaiac Wood
Sandalwood
Moss
Dry Amber
The opening is rum, apple, saffron, pineapple, and cardamom. What arrives is fruit-forward with a dark edge — rum pulling everything warm from the start. Saffron and cardamom keep it from reading as dessert in the early minutes. More cocktail than candy.
The heart runs five: cashmere wood, caramel, nutmeg, cloves, guaiac wood. A spiced wood accord with sweetness woven in rather than poured over it. Guaiac wood is doing quiet work — smoky, light, clean — in the background. Most people won't identify it, but they'll notice the texture.
The base settles into vanilla woods, sandalwood, moss, and dry amber. Warm, persistent, earthier than the opening promised. The moss keeps the sweetness from closing in on itself.
The profile — rum, dark spice, caramel, sandalwood — maps to a well-traveled territory in the premium market.
Kilian Black Phantom “Memento Mori”
Dark rum, coffee, caramel, sandalwood, vetiver, musk. Black Phantom is the benchmark for this accord family: rum-forward, dark, and substantial. Nitro White Intensely works the same architecture — rum at the open, caramel and spice through the heart, sandalwood and amber in the base. The Kilian is drier and more refined in the mid; Nitro White is fruitier at the open and sweeter through the mid. The difference is degree, not direction.
