The brief was California detox smoothies: citron, orange, lemon, mint, and blackcurrant on top; apricot, basil, carrot seeds, and May rose in the heart; fig, dates, and ambrette at the base. Bright and fruity with an earthy undercurrent — a fragrance that earns its unisex classification without feeling gender-neutral in the flat sense.
Hawas La Mer covers much of the same ground. Peppermint and citrus on top, blackcurrant and carrot in the heart, fig threading through. The core DNA — mint-citrus opening, dark fruity and carrot heart, fig-inflected warmth — is the same blueprint. La Mer runs warmer at the base (amber and woody notes rather than Pacific Chill's fig-dates-ambrette finish) and leans more masculine than the unisex original, but the lineage is clear.
