It opens sweet and a little strange, which is the point. Madagascar pomelo and prickly pear hit first, tart and slightly exotic, with green apple keeping things crisp before orange blossom softens the edges. It's not the usual citrus rush. There's a fruitiness here that reads more market stall than mall counter.

The middle is where Hawas Boa earns its place in the lineup. Tonka bean brings a soft, bready sweetness, and driftwood and frankincense pull it toward something smokier and more grounded, keeping the fruit from turning candy-sweet.

Vanilla and vetiver close it out, warm and a little green, easy to wear past the point where a purely fruity opening usually falls apart.

Rasasi built this one with Ciaran Flanagan, the fragrance influencer known online as Fragranceflan, and perfumer Théo Belmas, to mark ten years of the original Hawas. It's reportedly a single global production run of 150,000 bottles, with no reorders planned, which would make this one of the rare Hawas entries where "limited edition" actually means something. No dedicated retail listing has surfaced yet. For now, BeautyHouse's full Rasasi lineup is the best place to watch for it.
